Procedure

Add Phase A to vessel with agitation while heating to 70-75°C. Mix until uniform. With agitation, add phase B into phase A. Mix until homogeneous. In a separate vessel, add phase C with agitation while heating to 70-75°C. Mix until uniform. With high shear agitation, add phase C to phase A/B. Mix until minimum emulsion particle size is reached. Begin cooling batch to 45°C. When batch has cooled to 45°C, add phase D, individually, with agitation. Mix until uniform.
